Puppy owners
For help using the generator, printing a plan or understanding a plan choice, include the page link and what you were trying to do. If something looks wrong on your phone, tell us the browser and the step where it happened. Please do not email payment details or medical records.
For plan questions, read Free and Coach details or refunds and cancellation. For data access, correction or deletion, use the same email and mention privacy in the subject. Our privacy policy explains what we store.
Press and partners
Tell us your publication or organization, your question and any deadline. Start the subject with Press or Partnership. Our About page describes what Puptoday does, how the schedule is built and its limits.
Trainers and veterinarians
If you spot an error, start the subject with Correction. Include the page URL, the specific wording, why it should change and a source we can check. We review corrections against our reward-based editorial policy and update the affected page when a correction is confirmed. You can flag an issue without sharing client or patient information.
For urgent health or safety concerns
This inbox is not an emergency or veterinary service. Contact your vet for illness or sudden potty changes. Aggression or a bite on a person needs a certified behavior professional. Do not wait for an email response before seeking individual help.
