General guidance

Puptoday provides reward-based puppy training routines for educational use. Every puppy differs. Use your judgment, supervise your puppy and adapt breaks to their needs; a schedule is not a guarantee or a reason to delay a needed potty break.

Health and behavior

Puptoday gives general training guidance and is not veterinary advice. We do not provide medical or medication advice. Contact your vet for illness or a sudden potty regression, and a certified behavior professional for aggression or bites on people.

Free schedules and Coach

The web schedule is free. Choosing a Coach plan leads to a disclosure of availability before you submit your email. Payments for Coach are not open yet. If you choose a plan we take no card and make no charge; we store your email, answers and chosen price to send your plan and launch pricing. Any future purchase will require your separate agreement to the price and terms shown at that time.

Refunds and cancellation

No card is taken on this site today, and nothing is charged. There is therefore no payment to refund. Choosing a plan or sharing an email does not create a paid subscription.

Coach plans can be canceled at any time with one-tap cancellation through the billing provider. There is no weekly billing. Any future purchase requires separate agreement to the price, billing period and refund terms shown before payment. Contact hello@puptoday.com for help or to stop plan emails.

Use and contact

Use the service lawfully and do not submit another person's contact information without permission. Guidance is provided as available; we cannot promise specific training results or uninterrupted access. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
